Obituary for Christopher James Urbancik
Christopher J. Urbancik, 47, passed away in Oshkosh, WI on September 19, 2021. He was born in Indianapolis, IN, to MarJa (Ratcliff) and William Urbancik on November 5, 1973.
Chris loved ghost hunting, going to concerts with his wife Diane, and loved to spend time with his “kids” the dogs. He also loved watching his step-son, Brandon, whom is a professional wrestler, step into the ring. He is so proud of him.
He will be remembered for his great sense of humor, Chris was a jokester and made everyone around him smile and laugh.
Chris is survived by his wife, Diane; step-son, Brandon Clark; “kids”, Brutus, Hydro, and Triton; mothers, Ja Carvalho, Sandy Burr, Bec Urbancik; brothers, John (Christie) Urbancik, and Ryan Urbancik; sister, Angie (Jeff) Peters. He is further is survived by sisters-in-law, Joan (Jim) Resop and Brenda (Mark Brackett) Schrader; brothers-in-law, Tony (Paula) Resop and Tim (Lisa Reindl) Resop; as well as many nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
Preceding him in death are his grandparents, William and June Urbancik; father, William Urbancik; mother-in-law, Sally Resop; and his “kids”, Sarge and Kobe.
A gathering to celebrate Chris’ life will be held at Fox Cities Funeral Home, 3026 Jackson Street, Oshkosh, on Tuesday, September 28, from 4pm to 6pm.
