Obituary for Gerard James Gliniecki
Gerard “Jerry” J. Gliniecki, 80, passed away on January 10, 2022. He was born on May 16, 1941 in Illinois to Rose and Henry Gliniecki.
Jerry loved music, he learned to play the organ by ear, and even made a record. He collected hundreds of records, CDs and loved old music. His family would often enjoy watching action movies with his impressive sound system which could be considered comparable to a theater. Jerry loved God, and always enjoyed watching Chrisitan YouTube on his iPad.
Jerry is survived by his daughter, Tammy (Gene) Kuta; grandchildren, Kyle Kuta and Kaylee Kuta; nieces, Chris Augsburger, Susan (Greg) Vande Sande, and Jenny Marty; he is further survived by his great-niece, Caitlyn; great-nephew, Andy; and many other family and friends.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Rose and Henry; and his sister, Jane Westphal.
A celebration of life will be held at Fox Cities Funeral Home, 3026 Jackson Street, Oshkosh, WI on Saturday January 22, 2022. Visitation will begin at 11am and the service will be held at 12pm.
Memorials may be be sent to Operation Blessing and Feeding America in honor of Jerry.
