Obituary for Jennifer Lynn Geer
Jennifer Lynn (Hershberger) Geer, age 46, passed away on April 8, 2024, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She was born to parents, Lonnie and Carol (Anklam) Hershberger on April 29, 1977, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
After high school, Jen married Joseph “Joe” Geer at St. John’s Catholic Church on July 24, 1999. Together they started a family, raising three wonderful children together.
Jen worked at Alliance Laundry Systems for several years, until her passing. There she met many friends and felt like a part of the team.
She enjoyed watching movies, listening to music, playing games, and going for car rides. Some of her happiest times were with her family making bonfires, camping or visiting the Dells. She will be remembered for being kind-hearted, giving and willing to lend a hand whenever needed.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Geer; children, Lisa, Dominic and Samantha Geer; brothers, Daniel (Russell) Hershberger-Beier, Jon Hershberger and Michael Hershberger; sisters, Deborah (Kirk) Garb, Julie (Cory) Stellmacher and Kimberly Hershberger; Parents-in-law, James “Jim” and Kim Geer; Brothers-in- law, Eric Geer and James Geer; and many nieces; nephews; and friends.
Preceding her in death was her mother, Carol Hershberger; father, Lonnie Hershberger; grandparents, Arlene, Harley, Frida and Donald.
The family would like to thank her co-workers and team at Alliance Laundry Systems for being supportive, especially during the past year of her unexpected illness. It has truly been appreciated and will not be forgotten.
A memorial service is currently being arranged.
