Marijo J. Konrad, age 78, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022. She was born in France on September 9, 1943, the daughter of the late Nathan and Harriet (Larson) Rohr who were her adoptive parents. She was a nurse’s assistant and later became a nurse, working for Theda Clark in Neenah for many years. Singing was her passion and she enjoyed singing in various church choirs. She also enjoyed traveling on a whim, seeing how far she could get, and visiting various landmarks in Wisconsin. Marijo will be remembered for being a very loving, kind and caring person. When you were at your lowest, she could lift you up.

Marijo is survived by her son, Christopher (Chelsea Hanford) Konrad; grandchildren: Danielle and Brandon Konrad; and great-granddaughter, Athena. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Frederick Konrad; and sister, Penelope Rohr.

It was Marijo’s wish to be cremated with a private gathering and would like everyone to remember her as she was.
