Donations can be made to Yellowstone Forever in honor of Pat: www.yellowstone.org. A private family gathering will follow the visitation.

The family extends a special thank you to the staff at The Residence of Oshkosh, who provided extraordinary care. Although her time with Heartland Hospice was short, they provided exceptional care.
