Obituary for Ronald Albert Reichenberger

Ronald “Ronnie” A. Reichenberger, age 72, passed away in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, on December 24, 2023. He was born to parents, Gilbert and Leona (DuChateau) Reichenberger Sr., on January 5, 1951, in Wisconsin.

After high school, he went directly into the work field. He was a handyman and always willing to help with projects. Ronald worked for Badger Lumber and Oshkosh B’Gosh until they closed. He retired from St. John’s Catholic Church, in his sixties.

Ronald loved being on the pit crew for local family racing teams. He helped at several of the local racetracks. He also liked to watch wrestling, rooting on the Greenbay Packers, tend to his vegetable garden and spending quality time with family and friends.

He is survived by his children, Cory (Lisa) Reichenberger, and Candi Reichenberger; grandchildren, Lydia, Shyanne, Layla, and Brady; siblings, Ann (Brian) Albright, Patricia Giese, Danny (Julie) Reichenberger, Judy (Mark) Lloyd, Mark (Mary) Reichenberger, and Peter (Tina) Reichenberger; sisters-in-law, Laurie, and Mary Reichenberger; and numerous nieces; nephews; and great-nieces; and great-nephews. He is further survived by his long time friend, David Ziehm.

Preceding him in death are his parents; his brothers, Gilbert Jr., James, and Thomas Reichenberger, nephew, Nicolas Drexler; sister-in-law Jenny Reichenberger; and brother-in-law, Phil Giese.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring.
