Obituary for Susan D. Moss
Susan Dorothy Moss passed away at age 78 on January 02, 2023, at her son's home with her loving family by her side.
Susan had a personality that drew people in. She was kind and compassionate and always willing to take a break to listen. She had a special place in her heart for all animals and adopted many pets over the years.
While raising four children, Susan received her bachelor's degree in Human Services, an accomplishment she was proud of.
She loved to travel with her family and friends. Some of her greatest memories included summer vacations as a family throughout the United States. She shared a truly special bond with her sister, Sandee. Even though they were in different states, they spent as much time as possible with her. Susan also traveled many times internationally with her friend, Rhonda, with Russia and Ireland being her favorites.
She is survived by her children, Todd (Amy) Moxham; Tami (Matt) Tolliver; Joshua (Sarah) Moss; Trini (Lance) Burich; grandchildren, Justin Moxham, Chad Moxham, Alexandria (Rob) Abitz, Emily (Ayron) Munig, Katie Tolliver, Charlie Moss, Benson Moss, and Elsie Moss and great grandchildren, Easton Moxham-Balgie and Olive Abitz. Also survived by her brother-in-law, Art Steiner; nephew, Art Steiner III; and niece Jody Steiner.
Preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Aldene Petri; sister, Sandee Steiner; niece, Stacy Steiner; and husband of 55 years, Harvey Moss.
A funeral service will be held at Alliance Church, 2693 W. Grand Chute Blvd., Appleton on January 10th with a visitation from 10:00 AM to the time of funeral service at 11:00 AM with a luncheon to follow at church.
