Obituary for Timothy William Fisher
Timothy Fisher, 70, of Oshkosh, passed away peacefully on August 29,2022 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah surrounded by family. Tim was born on October 17, 1951 to Joseph and Bernadette (Lamensky) Fisher in Appleton, WI.
Tim grew up in Appleton and graduated from Xavier High School. After school, he worked for Universal Foundry, Oshkosh B’gosh and Georgia Pacific; where he retired from in 2017.
Tim enjoyed traveling and gardening with his wife, Sue, watching the Brewers and Packers, listening to the Carpenters, and spending time with his family. Tim was always up for a road trip; whether it be to visit his kids or step-grandkids at college, cheer for his family at their athletic events, or to celebrate grandkids birthdays; Tim was up for the drive.
Tim is survived by his devoted wife, Sue; mother, Bernie; children, Marcie (Dan), Ben (Erin) and Amanda (Anthony); grandchildren, Isaac, Willow, Ezra and Joseph; sisters, Beth (Jim) and Patti; sister-in-law Mary Ellen; many nieces, nephews, friends and an extensive step-family. Tim was preceded in death by his father Joseph; brother Jeff.
