A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Jon Carlson and his nurse Michelle, Dr. Nguyen Phan, all Don’s cardiologists, Heartland Hospice, Arborview Manor, and Oakwood Manor for all the gentle care and concern given to Don during his stay.
