Obituary for Debra J. Miller

Debra J. Miller, age 60, of Oshkosh, died at home surrounded by the love of her family on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015. Debbie was born September 6, 1955, the daughter of Arthur “Midge” and Natalie (Colby) Miller. She was educated in the Oshkosh School System and was a 1974 graduate of Oshkosh West High School. Debbie will be remembered for the love of her cats, finch’s, Halloween, family gatherings, and Christmas. She was a very giving and loving person who enjoyed helping her relatives and friends. Debbie also enjoyed her CB radio and was known to many of her friends as “Foxy Lady”.
Debbie is loved and will be missed by her loving companion, Mike Jones of Oshkosh; sister, Diane Thompson of Oshkosh; brother, David (Mary Lou) Miller of Oshkosh; aunt, Betty Holloway of Waukegan, IL; nieces and nephews, Wayne Miller, Jr., Jenny Miller-Khoel, Heather Miller-Wilkins, Andy Thompson, Ashley Thompson and Amber Thompson. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Wayne Miller, Sr. and brother in law, Tom Thompson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016, at St. Raphael Catholic Church, Oshkosh from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest on the family plot at Riverside Cemetery. A memorial in her name is being established.
