Obituary for Douglas Lampe

Douglas W. Lampe, age 60, of Oshkosh, passed away on Wednesday October 23, 2013, at home after a brief illness. Doug was born in Milwaukee on September 26, 1953. He moved to Omro with his mother and stepfather Louise and Roger Turban when they purchased the Springbrook Tavern. Doug had many jobs through the years, mainly carpentry; his last job was at Neenah Foundry until his health began to fail.
Doug is survived by his mother, Louise Turban, sister Nancy (David) Stormer, son, Shane (Misty) Lampe, their children; Andrew, Carissa, Xavier, and Hadley. Son in law, David Rhyner, Connie Beulen the love of his life for ten years, and best buddy Gary Beck. Doug is further survived by his grandsons Tyler and Alec Seibel. Doug was preceded in death by his father Virgil Lampe, step father Roger Turban, and daughter Diedre Rhyner.
Doug’s wishes were to have no funeral services.
