Obituary for Jason Walker

Jason A. Walker, age 35, of Oshkosh, passed away, May 20, 2014. Jason was born July 21, 1978, in Oshkosh, the son of Robert Walker and Sally (Wolf) Pommerening. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors. Jason had worked as a roofer and owned and operated J.A. Walker Construction Co. for a number of years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the National Guard.

Jason is loved and will be missed by his daughter, Kaitlyn; son, Seth; father, Robert Walker; mother, Sally (Paul) Pommerening; brother, Kevin (Cindie); sister, Kristen (Barry) Wohlt; nieces and nephews, Jordan, Calista, Celina, Japheth, Josiah; close friends, Ken and Bev Mueller, other relatives and many other friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clyde and Thelma Walker and Henry and Mildred Wolf.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, May 24, 2014, at Martin Luther Ev. Lutheran Church, 1526 Algoma Blvd., Oshkosh, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Nathan Ericson officiating. A memorial in JasonÂ’s name has been established.
